Plecia is an independent consultancy being established to provide evidence-based assurance for complex decisions, Accountancy information and supply chains.

The business is founded on a straightforward principle:

The business is being developed around three principal areas: Decision Assurance, Evidence & Documentation Assurance and Continuous Supply-Chain Assurance.

Professional Background

Plecia draws upon more than three decades of experience within complex and highly regulated engineering environments, including the UK nuclear, aerospace and defence sectors.

Professional experience includes cost control, engineering, software and control systems, technical authoring, programme planning and controls, project and programme management, evidence and documentation review, and assurance activities.

This experience provides the foundation for a structured approach based upon evidence, traceability, clear reasoning and independent assessment.

Plecia is also continuing to develop its professional competence through relevant qualifications and continuing professional development, including AAT Level 2 and Level 3 studies. This forms part of the continuing development and maintenance of a SQUEP (Suitably Qualified and Experienced Person) evidence base relevant to the services undertaken.
